What is included in ouR kit?
An initial 1 hour online meeting with one of our professional planners, to help you get started. Getting married in a hot climate has certain challenges that you may not have thought of - it is very helpful to be able to talk through your ideas with a pro at the beginning, it usually save you time and money in the long run!
WHAT IS IN THE KIT?
* Our Curated brochure of Ronda and Gaucin wedding venues, which include all the pricing and packages each venue offer and the personal contact details of our contact at each venue.
* Our Black Book of Suppliers - with over 20 years of wedding planning experience in Andalucia, we know who the great wedding professionals are - from bands, to DJ's, singers and classical Spanish guitarists, fab florists, lighting and sound specialists, marquees, decor & styling, photographers, caterers, celebrants and more - we have it covered! Every Supplier who makes it into The Black Book is a tried and trusted pro.
* Planning Sheets - used by our own planners. you will receive our Excel Budget Tracker, Timeline Planner and Master Wedding Planning Checklist to keep yourself on track and tackle tasks like a pro!

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
VENUE LOCATION SERVICE
An experienced planner will meet you in Ronda and drive you to see up to six of your selected venues. Once you pick a venue, they will organise and check your contract ready for you to book your wedding venue and strat your journey. During this day, you will of course have an experienced planner with you for up to8 hours and we do expect you to take full advantage and ask as many questions as you can!
Cost: €175.00
ON THE DAY WEDDING PLANNER
One of our Professional Planners will manage your wedding from the time the first supplier arrives until the First Dance. The service includes a meeting one or two days before your wedding day, where you will be able to take your planner through the entire timeline for the day. The planner can be entrusted to pay any balances on your behalf to any suppliers requiring payment on the day. They will also carry out small tasks such as placement of name cards on tables and wedding favours. *Please Note the Planner is not there to assist suppliers with set ups, move chairs around, etc*
Cost:
€350 for weddings up to 50 guests
€550 for weddings 50 - 150 guests
